We accept no liability for the accuracy of hotel descriptions or details nor do we accept liability for any loss incurred by a Travel Agent in relying on the descriptions.
Law and Jurisdiction
This contract and any matters arising from it shall be subject to law and exclusive jurisdiction of China Mainland
Amendments & Cancellations
1. Amendments and cancellations can be made without any cancellation charges prior to the cancellation deadline/due date.
2. Any request for amendments or cancellation after the cancellation deadline/due date may attract cancellation penalties. Cancellation charges vary from supplier to supplier and can range from a minimum of 1 night stay to full charges for the entire stay. For bookings made during peak periods, trade fair periods, resorts,Disney etc. will normally attract full cancellation penalties.
3. When booking is amended or cancelled, we will notify you within 6 working days of any amendment or cancellation charges.
Payments
1. Payment must be made by cash, a bank draft or bank transfer in the currency of the invoice.
2. If payment is not received by us on or before 12:00 noon local time of the Travel Agent on the Due Date for Payment, the respective hotel booking will be automatically cancelled without penalty.
3. If proof of payment is received by us prior to 12:00 noon, local time of the Travel Agent, the booking will be reconfirmed and finalized.
4. If payment is made by a bank transfer, we would require a copy of the bank transfer details to be faxed along with a copy of the SWIFT message report prior to 12:00 noon, local time of the Travel Agent.

How to get a visa to Tibet
Overseas visitors to Tibet shall process entry formalities upon showing confirmation letters issued by the Tibetan government. Passports and Visas: The foreign tourist is granted the entry visa only when he or she holds a valid passport and a letter of visa notification for tour groups issued by a Chinese embassy in a foreign country and confirmed by the Tibetan Tourist Administration.
Entry Confirmation Letter: Overseas tour groups, those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan included, are allowed to enter Tibet only with a confirmation letter from Tibet Autonomous Region's Tourism Administration. The administration has representative offices in Beijing, Chengdu, Golmud, Shanghai, Xining, Xi'an, Hong Kong, Kathmandu, Japan and the United States to handle group tours.
What's the best time to visit China
May, September and October are the best months to visit China when the weather is the most pleasant all over China. And as it's high season in China, so the price will be higher that other time.
And please try to ignore the following period during the Chinese local?holiday as followed:
a. Labour's Holiday : around May.1-3
b. National Holiday : around Oct.1-7
c. Chinese New year : It's changed every year, but normally around end of Jan. or beginning of Feb.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & GENERAL INFORMATION
TOUR BOOKING
Reservations are required at least 30 days prior to tour departures.
All reservation or amendment on accommodation must be made through official travel agent.
Reservation will only be processed with full payment by credit card or bank draft or bank transfer.
25% of the total cost will apply as a cancellation fee for all confirmed bookings cancelled between 15-21 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
50% of the total cost will apply as a cancellation fee for all confirmed bookings cancelled between 8-14 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
75% of the total cost will apply as a cancellation fee for all confirmed bookings cancelled between 4-7 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
No refund will be made for all confirmed bookings cancelled between 0-3 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
No refund will be made for no shows for all confirmed bookings.
There will be no refund after the trip departure due to lost or unused tickets, hotel coupons, meals or any other service not utilized.
Any change by yourself to confirmed reservations will be made free of charge within 14 days prior to the beginning of the tour, but based only on the availability of hotel accommodations and transportation facilities. Guests will be advised and will be charged directly for any cancellation fee resulting from these changes.
Full payment is required with the reservation form for any late booking made within 8 to 14 days prior to departures. The confirmation is based on the availability of the required hotel accommodations and transportation facilities. Guests will be fully refunded, if confirmation for the required facilities cannot be obtained in time as requested.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of fluctuations in currency exchange rates, service providers' tariffs, fuel prices, accommodation rates and other holiday service components, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time up to and including the date of departure. Acceptance of this arrangement is an express condition of making a reservation.
Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or tours be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid in cash on the spot by tour participants.
We assume no responsibility for any expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participants, which arise from or as a result of any act, omission, default or neglect, causing injury, damage or loss to tour participants or their property.
HOTEL / TRANSFER / OPTION BOOKINGTour itineraries or transportation modes as described are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of adverse traffic conditions, we reserve the right to alter places to be visited.
The actual pick-up time of the listed tours from different hotels varies from place-to-place and from time-to-time in accordance with the traffic conditions. You will be advised at time of booking.
